What is KenFiles?
KenFiles is a file hosting provider. We offer online storage/remote backup capacity, sophisticated uploading and downloading tools. With KenFiles you can host files, images, videos, audio and flash on the same place.
Why should I use KenFiles?
Whenever you need to send a file that is too large for e-mail, KenFiles can help. If you need secure remote storage capacity for off-site backups, KenFiles offers solutions for you. If you want to access personal data from a variety of computers and don't want to carry around a USB stick, KenFiles is a perfect way of doing so.
Can broken downloads be resumed?
At this point, only Premium members can resume interrupted downloads. They can use extensive server routines which also support the downloading of segments. In this way, a file can be downloaded much faster in parallel to several streams, e.g. with the download accelerator.
You have reached your download limit?
For security reasons and to prevent file leeching, there is a download limit in effect per 50Gb/day.
Please note that our system is not able to track if a download was successfully completed or not. Doing this would only be possible if we force you to use specific download methods, which we want to avoid. Therefore, a download is logged at the time that you START it. Should it fail for some reason, such as broken connection etc., your download will still be logged.
If you are having a lot of trouble downloading, please consider using a download manager program such as Internet Download Manager, jDownloader, Download Express, DAP, GetRight...
Get "This file reached max downloads limit" when download file?
Register an account and upgrade to premium member to continues download this file.
I can't open a file: It's corrupt or I get asked for a password, a program to open the file with, or a missing "codec"
Please ask the person you received the file link from for details about the file format, required codecs or passwords. We have no way of finding them out for you.
Which download managers can I use?
You may use any of the major accelerators, a few popular ones are: Internet Download Manager, Speedget, Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight, FlashGet and GoZilla also try google file download manager.

How to use Premium Voucher?
In "My Account", Click on "Redeem premium voucher" button, enter your Premium Voucher code to "Voucher Code" box and click "Redeem Voucher".
I paid but did not receive my username/password?
Please check your mail, also "Junk" folder! If you can't find any mail from us - please send us your transaction ID and your email.
May I have multiple accounts on KenFiles?
We don't allow multiple accounts for one user. If we found such an accounts they will be deleted.
My account was hacked?
You must keep secure your account information. Any mails about hacked accounts, changed information and so on will be ignored! It is your responsibility to keep your account information safe!

Can I search for files other people uploaded?
No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way KenFiles can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.
What kind of files can be uploaded?
All kinds: from your party photos to an important document. The only restrictions are for pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive material, and, of course, copyrighted material.

How to delete a file I uploaded?
To delete a file you uploaded you must use Delete Link that was provided to you after the upload process.
If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site.
Can I hotlink the stuff I upload?
No. Hotlinking is not allowed on any kind of files uploaded to our servers.
Cancel Your Subscription?
If you subscribed through PayPal, please login to your account to cancel your subscription.
If you are still experiencing problems cancelling your account please use our helpdesk ticketing system.
How to delete your account?
When you delete your account, your Profile, photos, files will be permanently removed. You can also choose to take a break and temporarily disable your account instead.
To request the permanent deletion of your account:
- * Login to your account
- * Click on "My Account"
- * In tab "Settings", enter your delete reason to box "Request delete account" and click "Unregister and delete all my data"
