Dear Customers,


Recently, the Kenfiles system experienced a serious incident at our data center, resulting in service interruptions and affecting a portion of our system data.
Although our technical team made every effort to recover the affected data, we regret that the most recent records prior to the incident could not be fully restored. As a result, some data may have been impacted, including newly registered accounts, account upgrades, vouchers, and other records created shortly before the incident.
To help us restore affected accounts and benefits as accurately as possible, please contact us if you have registered an account or upgraded your service through direct purchase, resellers, or promotional vouchers.


Please provide:
     - Username or email address
     - Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)
      - Date and time of the transaction
      - Reseller information (if applicable)



Our support team will verify the information and restore your account benefits as quickly as possible.



For Partners & Resellers

Please take some time to review vouchers created from June 14, 2026 until the time of the incident. Some voucher records from this period may not have been fully recovered.
Kindly send us the relevant voucher information for verification. We will restore all valid vouchers after completing the reconciliation process.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

2026年6月14日以降 に発行されたバウチャーについてご確認をお願いいたします。この期間の一部バウチャーデータが完全に復旧されていない可能性があります。


対象バウチャーの情報をご提供いただければ、確認後に有効なバウチャーを復元いたします。
